Students come to us at different developmental levels and we should help them progress along this continuum instead of labeling them as a type. Many students are unable to advocate for themselves. Our staff will play the role of advocates for equity and opportunity. Our staff must collaborate with administrators, school staff, parents and students, and the community. Overall school data should be used to identify strengths and weaknesses and areas of greatest need. Individual student data should be used to align services and opportunities for students.
