Parent/Child Reading Survey

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are constantly striving to improve our students’ reading ability and grow their love of reading. Understanding reading habits at home will help us better meet the needs of our students. Please take a moment to complete this brief, anonymous survey to assist us in our efforts towards this goal. No personal data will be collected in this process.
